James Anderson is a Senior Executive Recruiter in the Engineering Division with over a decade of experience in sales and recruiting. He earned his Associate’s Degree from Eastern State College before completing his education at UCF. Known for consistently exceeding performance expectations, James has a strong track record of driving growth in underdeveloped markets.
He believes that people do not buy products or jobs, they buy trust in the person guiding them. James finds fulfillment in building relationships and helping others succeed, which makes his work especially rewarding. He is motivated by his wife and son, who inspire him to bring his best to everything he does.
Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family and dog, playing music, watching sports, racing, podcasting, and making people laugh. He co-hosts a sports show with his brother and best friend and once spent two years living in the Bahamas. He unwinds by playing guitar or singing to his son and loves grabbing lunch at local favorites like Stasio’s. His favorite quote is an Irish Gaelic phrase that means “strength lies in unity.” James also gives back to his community through volunteering with local charities and his church.
