Hussein Rawji is an Executive Recruiter for the Architecture & Engineering division, bringing over five years of sales experience to his role. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Emerging Media with a focus in Animation from the University of Central Florida. After finding his first job out of college through a recruiter, Hussein became interested in experiencing the other side of the process and helping others find new career opportunities.
One of Hussein’s proudest accomplishments was helping a candidate pursue a position on the other side of the country, assisting with everything from the role and salary to the relocation process. The most rewarding part of his job is helping people find a new career or achieve a professional goal they have been working toward. His career has taught him the value of patience and perseverance, while his wife and family motivate him to become the best version of himself.
Outside of work, Hussein enjoys going to the gym, gaming, cooking, and anything involving cars. Some of his favorite travel experiences include visiting the Harry Potter Studio and seeing the King in London, as well as exploring the pyramids and museums of Cairo. Originally from Africa, Hussein grew up in the region where The Lion King takes place. He believes giving back starts with everyday kindness, whether that means sharing a smile, offering a friendly hello, or helping someone with the little things.
