Lauren Yannucci is a Senior Executive Recruiter in the Accounting and Finance Division. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management in 2021 and holds a CAPM certification. With nearly four years of recruiting experience and a background in project management, she combines structure with a people-first approach to help candidates find roles where they can thrive.
Lauren was drawn to recruiting by her love of learning people’s stories and helping them reach their goals. She finds it especially rewarding to connect candidates with jobs that truly excite them. One of her proudest accomplishments is earning her CAPM, which challenged her and reinforced her commitment to continuous learning.
She’s learned that rejection is part of the process and that handling it well leads to stronger relationships. Lauren is motivated by the desire to grow, improve, and master her craft. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, pilates, cycling, and spending time with her corgi. She’s also been knitting for over 20 years and regularly volunteers at her local animal shelter. Her favorite mantra is, “If there’s a will, there’s a way.”
